hai stimolato la mia curiosità sulla frase citata e ho fatto una ricerca più approfondita: i personaggi da me indicati l'hanno ripresa ed esaltata nei loro discorsi, ma sembra che il concetto (quindi, forse, non la frase precisa), sia di un certo Johan Galtung degli anni 60 e che Antonio Guterres (segretario generale dell'ONU), l'ha pronunciata spesso.
In ogni caso, chiunque abbia espresso un simile concetto è certamente da lodare e divulgare!!
