Collalto Sabino (Ri, 980 m slm) è l'ultimo avamposto del Lazio prima della terra Abruzzese dalla parte di Carsoli e della Piana del Cavaliere. C'è questo castello "a forma di Castello", con una storia complicata, adesso proprietà di una società maltese. Prima ancora fu dei Savelli e prima e poi ancora, di altra gente.
