Per la maf manuale non ci trovo differenze; taglienti lo sono entrambi alla stessa maniera, forse un filino meglio il 100 mm ai bordi estremi. Il 100 mm l'ho preso perché autofocus in vista di focus stacking che non ho ancora approfondito.
