Circondata da maestose vette nel cuore del parco naturale Vedrette di Ries-Aurina e raggiungibile in un'oretta di camminata attraverso un sentiero largo e perlopiù pianeggiante. L'escursione lungo le RIVA del torrente Knuttenbach è piacevole e poco impegnativa, tant'è che è ideale anche per famiglie con passeggino e persone anziane.
