Great lens as a definition, in fact I was thinking about it, but for my taste the distortion of the 10 mm is almost impossible to "straighten" (if not used perfectly horizontal), already in some cases I find the 14 mm difficult... It is also true, however, that it is only a matter of taste ;-)

Well, the image I put is obviously "liked" and takes advantage of the excessive momentum of the superwide when it lacks (deliberately) focal plane parallelism - subjecthowever if used in level, the 10-20mm is fabulous for interiors, and allows rigorous and precise reproductions.

Yes, that's another thing, but you were at 12 mm, a focal length that I have always appreciated since my old Sigma 12-24, which I would have already bought again if it weren't for the bulk and weight of the latest Art version. The 10-20 unfortunately is not yet in the used market, and honestly to put 1.5 k of difference between the new one and what I would recover from my 14-35 I don't see the convenience... :-/

But no, for heaven's sake. I proposed my shot only because I too have recently been to that beautiful church, very interesting and carefully restored.

True, and lately someone has published something about the church of Soncino, that also seems very interesting to me, have you ever been there?

I've been there, the frescoes are wonderful, but - at least when I went there - anyone could have entered the church unattended and wreaked havoc on those masterpieces, as many imbeciles today try to do in the name of abstract ideals and violent countercultures. Anyway I took something too, I had with me the Canon R and a Nikkor AIS 28/2 with adapter... excellent performance, but not at the level of the images posted recently, really well done. If I remember correctly, with the TS17/4 which is definitely more suitable for that kind of shooting.
