Questo Airone rosso è arrivato da dietro atterrando a circa un metro davanti il mio appostamento, dopo circa una ventina di minuti ha iniziato a muoversi ma riuscivo a mettere a fuoco solo una piccola porzione delle zampe, ( sono comunque riuscito con molta lentezza a fotografarlo con il telefono dall'interno della postazione, data la vicinanza , giusto come documento da inserire in futuro nelle gallerie dedicate alla mimetizzazione)
quando ha iniziato a camminare è andato nella direzione opposta a sfavore di luce rispetto al mio appostamento, la fortuna ha voluto che la luce iniziava a salire proprio nel punto in cui si alimentava illuminando solo quella piccola porzione, riuscendo a riprenderlo con le sfumature di colore dovute al canneto della palude che filtrava la luce,
dopo parecchio tempo è tornato indietro passandomi davanti e andando sulla mia destra a favore di luce, ma consentendomi di fargli solo dei ritratti stretti perché si è fermato nuovamente davanti la mia postazione per circa un quarto d'ora per ritornare nuovamente indietro ormai in controluce, inoltrandosi nel canneto.
