La Scala del Barozzi si trova a Vignola (MO), all'interno del Palazzo Boncompagni. Progettata dall'Architetto Jacopo Barozzi, è definita elicoidale e autoportante. E' alta poco più di 12 metri e conta 106 gradini. La sua particolarità consiste nell'assenza di strutture portanti che ne sostengano il peso, come fosse capace di sostenersi da sola, e per questo ha preso il nome di scala autoportante. Volevo farne una foto orizzontale ma non ci sono riuscito. Questa verticale è quanto di meglio sia riuscito a fare mentre la mia piccola mi implorava di uscire dal palazzo per andare a mangiare il gelato :-)
