La chiesa di Santa Rita da Cascia alle Vergini è una chiesa di Roma, nel rione Trevi, in via delle Vergini (angolo via dell'Umiltà). La Chiesa fu costruita nel 1615 col titolo di Santa Maria delle Vergini sul luogo di una preesistente chiesa dallo stesso nome ed affidata alle cure delle monache agostiniane del vicino collegio della Madonna del Rifugio. La ricostruzione dell'edificio fu dalle Suore affidato a Francesco Peparelli e la facciata,compiuta nel 1696, fu progettata da Mattia de'Rossi. La Chiesa nel 1904 fu affidata in gestione all'Arciconfraternita di S. Rita da Cascia in sostituzione alla Chiesa che si trovava ai piedi del Campidoglio e che fu abbattuta per la costruzione dell'Altare della Patria...
