Sorriso

I'm not an expert ... but I do not think anke is a viper ...
the vipers have vertical pupil, however this has it round! :-)

vipere:pupilla a fessura e corpo tozzo e coda tozza
bisce:pupilla tonda e corpo slanciato

is a 100% Austrian coronella!
for which a harmless snake!
remembers well the fundamental rule for the distinction:
vipers: pupil slit and stocky body and stubby tail
snakes: pupil round and slender body

I agree with Mattfala .... there is no question of a viper!
The Viper has almond-shaped eyes and very short tail.

It 'still a fine specimen.
