La casa in quell'occasione l'ha passata liscia, è parzialmente protetta da un tratto di fondale con numerosi scogli che rappresentano una sorta di frangiflutti naturale smorzando le onde, fino a qualche anno addietro c'era anche una spiaggetta a fare da cuscinetto ma ormai è quasi completamente sparita, comunque solo Vaia nel 2018 è riuscita purtroppo a causarle danni seri.
