Mi piacciono molto le immagini con i contrasti forti, come in questa, nella quale si percepisce un' atmosfera d'attesa, bello anche il susseguirsi di fasce cromatiche, dalla porzione di sabbia a tutte le sfumature dell'acqua. Fa sognare un tuffo blù prima della tempesta

Ciao Michela, belli i colori della foto, ma secondo me l'orizzonte proprio a metà stona.
Forse sarebbe stato meglio utilizzare la regola dei terzi dando più risalto al cielo minaccioso e meno al mare (tanto i colori si sarebbero visti ugualmente), ma sarebbe stata tagliata la sabbia con le impronte delle ruote.

Hello Michael, beautiful colors of the photo, but I think the horizon right in the middle jars.
Perhaps it would be better to use the rule of thirds, giving more prominence to the sky and less threatening to the sea (so the colors would be seen too), but it would have been cut off the sand with footprints of the wheels.

Ti ringrazio molto per la tua bella analisi e anche per i tuoi suggerimenti.
In effetti, come detto sopra, le impronte sulla spiaggia non sono molto piacevoli a vedersi ma mi spiaceva perdere il colore chiaro della sabbia....
Provando una compo pano che avrebbe applicato la regola dei terzi esattamente come suggerisci, ho constatato che avrei completamente eliminato la spiaggia e, se da un punto di vista di compo la suddivisione orizzonte/cielo ne sarebbe stata avvantaggiata, dall'altro avrei perso una tonalità.
Alla fine ho optato per lo scatto che vedi....contro le regole e forse non ottenendo proprio un ottimo risultato ma ho preferito così

Thank you very much for your lovely analysis and also for your tips.
In fact, as mentioned above, the footprints on the beach are not very pleasant to look at, but I was sorry to lose the light color of the sand ....
Trying a component pano that it would apply the rule of thirds exactly as you suggest, I found that I would have completely eliminated the beach, and if from the point of view of the division com horizon / sky it would be an advantage, on the other hand I would have lost a shade .
In the end I opted for the shot you see against the rules .... and maybe not getting quite a good result but I preferred as well ;-)

In effetti con l'orizzonte a metà la foto risulta piatta. Ho provato a fare alcune prove con vari ritagli su foto vecchie e si vede davvero la differenza.

Thank you! Once I was proud when posizionavo the horizon in the middle ... then they explained to me why we should not do it and since then I have always followed this rule. In fact, with the horizon in the middle picture is flat. I tried to do some tests with various scraps of old photos and you see a real difference.
