Actually it's not the same thing, ISO 80 on OM-1 activates a non-destructive filter in the machine to improve the quality. If you shoot at native ISO 200, you will still have lower results, even if the sensor was born at 200, not so much for noise, but for reading light. For the aperture it was already very closed, f/4.5 is f/9 on Micro 4/3, as you know for sure having an M43 too. Usually on APS I shot at f/8. The time, the aperture and even the ISO, I decided them on the basis of the light and background I want to have.
