Il mio viaggio nei Paesi Baschi ha già avuto una deviazione in Cantabria per visitare Santander, lasciata la costa delle Mar Cantabrico la direzione presa è Burgos, capitale provinciale della comunità autonoma di Castiglia e León. Città caratterizzata da un'architettura medievale perfettamente conservata. Il monumento più celebre della città è la cattedrale gotica francese di Santa Maria, le cui tre porte sono fiancheggiate da campanili decorati. Al suo interno si trovano la Cappella del Conestabile, decorata con figure di santi, e la tomba del Cid (Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar), comandante militare dell'XI secolo. Tutto questo sarà esplorato e documento nel reportage che riprende oggi dopo una lunga pausa.
