Di recente ho partecipato ad alcuni concorsi fotografici in giro per il mondo. Non è più come un tempo, ora è molto semplice, si caricano direttamente i files nei siti dedicati, con qualche riga di commento. Alcuni sono anche gratuiti. Bene, pochi giorni fa sono stato informato che questo mio scatto, intitolato 'Love doesn't sleep' (che poi è il titolo dell'opera di street art di Kenny Random ivi raffigurata) è stato incluso nella selezione ufficiale delle migliori 30 immagini del concorso internazionale 'Black&White International Photography Awards 2024' indetto da Instituto Imago di Città del Messico (!). Nel mese di gennaio 2025 la fotografia farà parte della mostra ufficiale del concorso, che verrà allestita presso la Galleria Man Ray, nella capitale messicana. Che soddisfazione!
