bellissima questa tua foto del Pelmo (e Pelmetto) da un versante, quello zoldano, al quale mi legano le mie origini.. la luce era veramente spettacolare e tu l'hai colta molto bene!
ps: per Walter: in realtà il versante è praticamente quello opposto..questo è il lato ovest mentre il Rif.Venezia è sotto al lato est (quello dove sale la normale alla cima)!

ps: for Walter: in fact the slope is practically the opposite .. this is the west side while the Rif.Venezia is under the east side (the one where the normal to the top of salt)! :-)

Il cielo non particolarmente luminoso e la parte inferiore in ombra fanno risaltare il magnifico Pelmo così ben illuminato!
Molto bella questa foto e complimenti anche per l'ottima gestione di luci/ombre.

The sky is not particularly bright and the bottom in the shade bring out the magnificent Pelmo so well lit!

Probabilmente l'avrai già percorso ma visto che abiti in zona ti consiglio il pezzo di Alta Via che va dal Rif.Vazzoler (sotto la Torre Venezia) al Rif.Tissi.. è, a mio parere (ma se non ricordo male anche di un certo R.Messner ), uno dei percorsi più belli delle Dolomiti (e non solo!)
Se poi hai la possibilità di prendertela con calma, pernottando al Tissi, puoi sperare nell'enrosadira sulla parete Nord-Ovest del Civetta..e scusa se è poco!

.. You're right .. and they are still "relatively" quiet, which I do not mind at all! :-)
Probably the route but you have already seen in the area that suits you the piece of advice that goes from High Street Rif.Vazzoler (under the Venezia tower) to Rif.Tissi .. is, in my opinion (if I remember correctly but also of a certain R. Messner:-D), one of the most beautiful routes in the Dolomites (and not only!) ;-)
And if you have the opportunity to take it easy, staying at Tissi you hope nell'enrosadira on the north-western face of the Civetta .. and sorry if it is short! ;-) :-)

La luce sui bianchi è quasi miracolosa, specialmente quella in primo piano sulla destra... con delle foto del genere e con quelle che ho visto sul tuo sito, come fai a dire che non hai neanche una tua foto che ti soddisfi del tutto? Non cercare la perfezione (che non esiste ed è solo soggettiva), guarda la bellezza e l'emozione che sa esprimere che per me sono la cosa più importante... poi tecnicamente ci si può confrontare e migliorare. Però il primo impatto di una foto è la cosa più importante... e poi hai un avatar in B&W bellissimo. Questa è già una bella foto per esempio! L'immagine regina stracommentata poi non ti dico... se era una foto poco soddisfacente non sarebbe stata dove è ora... Cogli sempre l'attimo fuggente come ben sai fare Tu e vedrai che le tue foto saranno sempre soddisfacenti!
The light on the white is almost miraculous, especially the one in the foreground on the right ... with pictures like that and the ones I saw on your site, how can you say that you do not even your own pictures that satisfies you at all? Do not seek perfection (which does not exist and it is only subjective), look at the beauty and emotion that can express that to me are the most important thing ... then technically you can compare and improve. But the first impact of a photo is the most important thing ... and then you have an avatar in B & W beautiful. This is already a nice picture for example! The picture queen stracommentata then do not say ... if a photo was unsatisfactory would not be where it is now ... @Fulvio Gioria. Caro Fulvio sei sempre troppo buono con me! Sono del tutto d'accordo con le tue parole - l'emozione è la cosa più importante nella fotografia. Infatti, è proprio questo che cerco di esprimere ma non so se riesco bene. Devo imparare ancora mille cose della tecnica e la PP ma per questo non basta tutta la vita. E allora piano piano..

In fact, this is what I try to express but I do not know if I can fine. So many more things I have to learn the technique and the PP but this is not enough for a lifetime. And then slowly .. :-)
