I hope it never happens or they would be crazy.

An emblematic image of a "progress" that, with its contradictions and implications, seems unstoppable. :-(
Happy Ferragosto to you too, Giuseppe. It may seem ironic to wish you so. But it's not...
Saludos caros.
Susy

I hope this is not the future of your wonderful island, havoc is made every day but this would be the last straw. This August between England and Scotland along the motorway I came across a wind farm of considerable importance and I must say that it was impressive in the middle of nowhere of the green, I dare not imagine this on the coasts of Sardinia with its crystal clear water.
Best regards, Loris

Amazing shot... I feel like crying ... But there are no less touristy places to put them. (Italy lives on tourism .. and should be a UNESCO heritage site... !!)

The famous "GREEN ECONOMY" that will save the planet.
How sad, Sardinia, but also other areas of Italy (such as my Amiata) are at the mercy of profit disguised as environmentalism.
Sardinia has also been under attack for centuries, between the deforestation of its forests by the Savoy, no serious study of the language and archaeology among the oldest in Europe, military bases that disfigure the landscape and make people sick.
Electoral promises should now be published at most in the vernacular, as jokes.
A big hug dear Giuseppe
