Il suo nome di battesimo è Osteospermum, comunemente denominato 'margherita africana'; spesso è erroneamente chiamato margherita, semplicemente. Ne esistono molte varietà; puoi vederne una, molto bella, nel mio ultimo post.
Coltivo questa pianta nel nostro giardino da diversi anni. E' molto resistente e rifiorente. E' il primo cespuglio che si sveglia, a primavera, e l'ultimo che si addormenta, tra ottobre e novembre.

His first name is Osteospermum, commonly referred to as 'African Daisy', is often mistakenly called daisy, simply. There are many varieties, and you can see a very beautiful, in my last post.
I grow this plant in our garden for several years. It 'very durable and flowering. It 's the first bush who wakes up in the spring, and the last one falls asleep, between October and November.

Clara hai subito colto il maggiore problema tecnico di questa immagine, dove i petali erano molto lunghi e, a quella distanza, richiedevano una profondità di campo impossibile per il 200mm. Il diaframma più stretto non è bastato, sono stati necessari due scatti: uno per le punte dei petali ed un altro per gli stami, poi riuniti a mano su due livelli di Photoshop.

Clara have now caught the biggest technical problem of this image, where the petals were very long and, at that distance, required depth of field impossible for the 200mm. The aperture is narrow enough, took two shots: one for the tips of the petals and another for the stamens, then assembled by hand on two levels of Photoshop.

Complimenti per tutto il lavoro fatto, prima e dopo...adesso mi sento meno incapace nel realizzare una foto (non tanto per i fiori perchè non li ho quasi mai fotografati) ma per altri soggetti dove sento i miei limiti sulla messa a fuoco di tutto il soggetto. Io non ho mai scattato due o più foto per poi assemblarle...dovrò imparare anche questo...un po' alla volta!!!

Congratulations to all the work done before and after ... now I feel less incompetent in creating a picture (not so much for the flowers because I have not hardly ever photographed), but for other subjects where I feel my limits on the focus of the whole subject. I've never taken two or more photos and then assemble them ... I have to learn this too ... a bit 'at a time!
