La sua collocazione nell'ex area del vecchio embarcadero protesa verso il mare la fa somigliare ad una prua di un transatlantico vista da sotto. Al piano terra una facciata trasparente delimita, invece, uno spazio multifunzionale che comprende una caffetteria, un ristorante, una zona commerciale e il centro informazioni. La facciata ovest, infine, fiancheggiata da un anfiteatro scavato nel parco, è dotata di uno schermo led per proiezioni e cinema all'aperto. Un progetto emblematico, complesso ed innovativo, che per l'architetto italiano si riassume in un'unica parola: bellezza.
