Da Somo per Santander il traghetto è il mezzo di trasporto pubblico più veloce che c'è con spesa modica, per andata e ritorno nemmeno 7euro e nel mio caso ho traghettato pure la bicicletta. Tre km per attraversare la baia di Santander in circa mezzora dall'embarcadero de Somo all'embarcadero del Palacete di Santander, con vista dal mare della città ed attracco vicino al Centro Botín, progetto e opera dell'architetto italiano Renzo Piano. Il complesso si affaccia sul mare, lungo la baia di Santander, a ovest del Museo Marittimo e il porto, al posto di un vecchio terminal dei traghetti. Questo è l'unico modo per realizzare l'immagine completa dal mare se non si ha un mezzo di navigazione
