" ------------------------------------------------ PER CHI VUOLE SAPERNE DI PIU' -------------------------------2330 NUOVE PALE SU TERRA ALTE 220 METRI -2514 NUOVE PALE A MARE ALTE 320 METRI – 56.770 MW ENERGIA POTENZIALE - In Sardegna pale eoliche per 50 milioni di abitanti- Il riparto delle rinnovabili prevede per la Regione 7.450 megawatt, invece, ad oggi sono stati presentati progetti per 56.770. Ora i dati sono certificati. L'assalto alla Sardegna, violento e senza precedenti, è impresso nero su bianco, come non mai. Il dashboard digitale di Terna, un vero e proprio pallottoliere informatizzato, d'ora in poi misurerà, quasi in tempo reale, il numero di pale eoliche che i signori del vento vogliono conficcare sui promontori dell'Isola o sull'orizzonte del suo mare. Un sistema georeferenziato che spalanca per la prima volta i protocolli dei progetti trasmessi alla società che gestisce la trasmissione elettrica del Paese, ovvero l'anello di congiunzione tra la produzione elettrica e il suo consumo nelle case degli italiani. Sino ad oggi avevamo monitorato i progetti eolici depositati in lungo e in largo “contro” la Sardegna attraverso il ministero dell'eolico, ufficialmente quello destinato ad occuparsi di Ambiente e Sicurezza Energetica. La mappa dell'assalto Aprire lo scrigno eolico di Terna è un pò come scoprire alla fonte i progetti presentati dagli speculatori del vento sardo, intercettare le ambizioni di una miriade di società straniere e non solo che si stanno candidando a fare il pieno di incentivi in terra di Sardegna. A spalancare lo scenario sono i dati di potenza elettrica che emergono dalle richieste di allaccio alla rete di trasmissione. Nell'aggiornamento trimestrale, fissato a marzo del 2023, emerge che sono state presentate nuove richieste di “allaccio elettrico” per ben 13.980 megawatt, riferibili alle sole nuove pale a terra, ovvero quelle da posizionare nei crinali e nei promontori dell'Isola. Per avere un'idea di confronto con la situazione attuale, stiamo parlando di quasi dieci volte il numero di pale eoliche già piazzate in lungo e largo per la Sardegna. 2330 nuove pale a terra Ipotizzando l'utilizzo di pale eoliche di nuova generazione, quelle da 6 megawatt ciascuna, si arriva a pianificare un'orda barbarica di 2.330 nuovi grattacieli d'acciaio, alti oltre 200 metri. Si tratterebbe di una devastazione imponente che non lascerebbe intonso nessun paesaggio della Sardegna. Per avere un quadro più chiaro dello scempio che si vorrebbe consumare ai danni dell'Isola basta guardare il piano di riparto dell'energia rinnovabile previsto da qui al 2030. Alla Sardegna, per rispettare i parametri europei, spetterebbero nuovi 810 megawatt di energia eolica terrestre, ovvero 135 nuove pale. Discarica eolica Il confronto tra quello che spetta all'Isola e i progetti presentati è inqualificabile. Le nuove pale progettate sono 2.300, quelle che spetterebbero all'Isola secondo i parametri di riparto europei “appena”135. Si capisce da questo dato che l'Italia, lo Stato, il Governo, puntano a trasformare la Sardegna in una vera e propria gigantesca “discarica” eolica, lasciando intonse le colline toscane o laziali, dalle Alpi agli Appennini, per aggredire, senza un domani, ogni angolo del paesaggio sardo. Confronto-scandalo Se l'analisi comparativa si sposta sui dati di raffronto con gli obiettivi europei assegnati all'Italia si capisce ancor di più l'immane sproporzione tra i progetti presentati in Sardegna e quelli assegnati all'intero territorio nazionale. L'Italia, secondo i piani concordati con l'Europa, con il pacchetto “Fit for 55”, entro il 2030, dovrà installare circa 70.000 megawatt di nuova capacità rinnovabile per coprire almeno il 65% dei consumi di elettricità con l'energia prodotta da queste fonti di energia pulita (le cosiddette FER, dall'acronimo di fonti energetiche rinnovabili). Il raffronto con i progetti di rinnovabili complessivamente presentati in Sardegna, compresi quelli solari, è disarmante. Se il parametro assegnato all'Italia è di 70.000 megawatt da produrre entro il 2030, l'Isola, da sola, ha progetti presentati per 56.700 megawatt, ovvero più dell'80% della nuova energia rinnovabile spettante all'intera nazione. Un quadro che diventa ancora più devastante quando si esamina il dato dell'eolico offshore, quello a mare. Quel che è più grave è che tutta questa energia che i signori del vento e del sole vorrebbero produrre, o meglio sfruttare in terra sarda, non produrrebbe un solo beneficio per l'Isola, se non la devastazione del territorio. I dati relativi al potenziale elettrico dei progetti presentati a Terna per la Sardegna è l'esatta fotografia della follia che si sta perseguendo: con i 56.700 megawatt si produrrebbe, infatti, energia per oltre 50 milioni di abitanti. Troppi per un'Isola che ne conta appena un milione e seicentomila. Infinitamente fuori misura rispetto ai parametri europei: in base al pacchetto energia da qui al 2030 la Sardegna dovrebbe produrre 7.450 megawatt di energia rinnovabile.
