Le possibilità offerte dai nuovi denoise potenziati da AI (a parte che ormai ci vuole un supercomputer della nasa... 2-3 minuti a foto e spesso errore di ram insufficiente - con un i7 che era di ultima generazione a fine 2020 e 32 Gb di Ram !!) evidenziano come, a distanza di DODICI anni, il sensore della D800 sia ancora una bomba atomica. In termini di gamma dinamica, rapporto segnale-rumore, tenuta alti iso, tenuta-profondità del colore e tutto! Del resto, alla fine, è la base su cui hanno fatto quelli delle macchine successive, sempre che non fosse proprio lo stesso, magari ottimizzato in qualche microcomponente e, soprattutto, nel firmware che lo gestisce. In termini di sensori, l'avanzamento è moooolto lento. I punti bianchi nel cielo non sono dead pixels ma stelle, era più buio di quanto non appaia qui (il matrix metering Nikon alza parecchio la luce).
