Campanile di Santa Barbara. Provenendo da Modica, verso Ragusa, per la vecchia strada, subito dopo l'Ospedale M.P. Arezzo, si incontra il bivio per Ibla, un curvone in discesa, che dà una bella panoramica delle case che si affacciano sulla vallata. Tra le case si scorge un campanile particolare a forma di castello, separato ma appartenente alla chiesetta di Santa Barbara. La prima costruzione della chiesetta risale sicuramente a prima del terremoto e ne venne danneggiata seriamente. Fu presto ricostruita, il campanile che si erge a parte fu costruito nel secolo scorso con una nicchia che in passato doveva contenere la statua della santa. Fino a qualche anno fa la chiesetta veniva riaperta per la festa di Santa Barbara patrona dei pompieri, attualmente e chiusa al culto.
