Si tratta di enormi ciambelle di pasta fritta e ricoperta di zucchero, altra caratteristica tradizione della Befana di Piazza Navona a Roma, e, in genere in forma più piccola, tipiche tutto l'anno nelle colazioni di miriadi di Bar. Io non ci sono mai andato matto, ci sento troppo il sapore dell'olio fritto (che preferisco nel salato), ma, almeno per me, sono di sicuro interesse fotografico.
