Santa Maria delle scale Originariamente la chiesa era stata edificata in stile gotico da monaci cistercensi nella prima metà del tredicesimo scolo, nella ricostruzione settecentesca dopo il terremoto, l'asse della chiesa fu ruotato di 90°. Entrando sulla destra si susseguono quattro cappelle in stile gotico, la terza, quella ritratta presenta un bellissimo altorilievo in terracotta policroma del 1538 raffigurante il Transito della Vergine o Dormitio Virginis, in origine dedicato all'Assunzione della Vergine.
