In copertina le luci all'Hotel de Ville di Bayonne, chiamato Mairie de Bayonne, situato nel quartire grand Bayonne tra l'Adour e la Nive. Oggi l'edificio ospita il municipio e il teatro, anche se in passato era anche la sede della dogana. In stile neoclassico, fu costruito nel 1843. In alto predominano sei enormi statue che simboleggiano le attività economiche e artistiche. Le luci formano la bandiera basca (non quella italiana) nota anche come Ikurrina è a sfondo rosso, colore sibolo della Biscaglia, sul quale si sovrappone una croce di Sant'Andrea verde, ed una bianca. La croce verde è simbolo di Sant'Andrea, patrono di Biscaglia, quella bianca, simbolo della religione cattolica.
