Èze è un comune francese di 2 225 abitanti situato nel dipartimento delle Alpi Marittime della regione della Provenza-Alpi-Costa Azzurra . Il comune di Èze s'estende su un territorio scosceso , che va dal bordo del mare , dove una frazione forma "Èze-sur-Mer" , fino al culmine dirupato , dove vecchie case pittoresche e medievali formano Èze-Village .
