Sono davanti allo spazio riservato al Cercopiteco grigio-verde e, attraverso il vetro di protezione di due grandi finestre poste al lato visitatore, posso vedere l'interno del loro "spazio/giardino" delimitato da reti e "verde", hanno anche la loro casetta in muratura, con finestrelle, dalle quali entrano ed escono a piacimento. Nel loro "giardino" ci sono tronchi, rami, foglie e grosse corde, e loro scorazzano, si arrampicano e saltellano. Il "piccolino" è al centro della mia attenzione, su di un ramo a mezza altezza, e sta rosicchiando un legnetto muovendosi vivacemente, quando ecco che, con un balzo, gli arriva vicino il "papà" e affettuosamente lo guarda e lo bacia e poi si allontana. Una scena tenerissima, alla quale ho assistito mentre stavo facendo qualche scatto, riprendendoli, e non nascondo l'emozione che ho provato, la stessa che spero di trasmetterVi con questa immagine.
