Sabato 5 agosto 2023 è il giorno del nostro arrivo nel Nord Jutland. Dopo un'attesa di un anno e un'estenuante viaggio notturno da Pisa non mi sarei mai aspettato di trovare una giornata di sole così bella! Soprattutto quando vedo questo immenso campo verde di patate in fiore. La nostra felicità durerà poco perchè nel giro di due giorni si abbatterà sulla scandinavia un tifone, la tempesta Hans, mai vista da oltre trent'anni che ci terrà veramente in parecchia ansia. Comunque sia le patate danesi ci terrano compagnia per tutta la settimana, cucinate in tutte le salse e comprate ai baracchini sul ciglio della strada dove non cè il venditore ma solo una cassettina dove mettere le monete richieste. Buona visione. Lo Jutland o storicamente Giuzia, anche nota come Penisola cimbrica, è una penisola del nord Europa divisa tra Germania, a sud, e Danimarca, di cui costituisce la parte peninsulare.Il fiume Eider è considerato il confine della penisola dello Jutland e il resto del continente europeo. Essa divide il Mare del Nord da quello Baltico. Il territorio è relativamente piatto, con presenza di basse colline e torbiere
