La grande forza di questa immagina (secondo me) oltre che nella bellezza della scena e nella composizione sta nella postura della persona, si capisce da questa, che sta pensando, non è rilassato, non si sta godendo il paesaggio ma, sta proprio pensando a qualcosa, magari a qualche problema o dubbio che ha, guarda la scogliera al tramonto, ma i suoi occhi (sempre secondo me) non la vedono, lui ha altro a cui pensare... Quindi il titolo è più che azzeccato...

Quando vuol dire essere al posto giusto al momento giusto.
La collocazione della persona è perfetta non solo a livello compositivo ma soprattutto perchè questo essere seduto quasi sul bordo indica una mestizia della persona, quasi un non voler disturbare ed essere lasciato solo con i propri pensieri, anche la postura, così composta, mi fa pensare ad una persona che si sente "piccola" in relazione anche solo al paesaggio che ha davanti, ed i pensieri, inevitabilmente, volano.
In conclusione proprio un bello scatto con un titolo particolarmente azzeccato, mi tocca proprio farti i complimenti

When it means to be in the right place at the right time.
The person's location is perfect not only in composition but mostly because this almost be sitting on the edge indicates a person's sadness, almost not wanting to disturb and be left alone with his thoughts, even the posture, as follows, makes me think to a person who feels "small" in relation to the landscape just in front of him, and thoughts inevitably fly.
In conclusion, just a nice shot with a particularly apt title, I have to compliment you own ;-)
