24.08.2016 Okaukuejo waterholes di notte regala sempre situazioni emozionati. Quella sera alla pozza dopo gli Elefanti e i Rinoceronti era il turno delle Giraffe. A causa della sua enorme vulnerabilità durante l'abbeverata questa specie risulta essere sempre molto diffidente, soprattutto di notte. Abbiamo atteso più di un ora prima che questa Giraffa, scortata da una vedetta alle sue spalle, si decidette a bere...ma alla fine ne è valsa la pena.
