Torino un soffione sulle sponde del Po Quando il fiore del tarassaco arriva a maturazione si forma il soffione, ovvero la sua infruttescenza. Gli acheni del pappo sono molto leggeri, basta infatti una leggera brezza o un semplice soffio per portarli via, disseminando i semi del tarassaco ovunque. Inoltre leggenda vuole che soffiando sui soffioni si possano esprimere dei desideri, in quanto associati simbolicamente alla spensieratezza infantile, alla speranza ma anche al coraggio.
