La Cacyreus marshalli, più nota come Farfalla o Licena del Geranio, è un cosiddetto “insetto alieno”, cioè proveniente da un altro continente, in questo caso dall'Africa, arrivato in Europa attraverso varietà di Gerani sudafricani e spagnoli. E' molto piccola, non piu' di 1.5-2 centimetri... Lo scatto e' stato fatto al 13 marzo 2023. Le stagioni e le farfalle ormai vanno in confusione...
