Il paese di Termeno vanta una delle più antiche e singolari sfilate carnevalesche, la cosiddetta Sfilata dell'Egetmann, che viene organizzata ogni martedì grasso degli anni dispari tra le vie del centro di Termeno. Un evento che attira migliaia di curiosi. Si celebra il matrimonio di “Egetmannhansl”, un fantoccio grottesco in abito nero con cilindro e guanti bianchi. Il calesse di Egetmann viene accompagnato da una serie di carri, gruppi di persone e figure bizzarre. Tra queste i “Schnappvieher” (coccodrilli senza orecchie), zingari ricchi, zingari poveri, donne con gerla, pescatori, mugnaio e vecchia, il mulino delle vecchie, l'orso verde, l'orso bianco, le lavandaie, i carrettieri, etc. .
