Il passo Yutong La divide i distretti di Trongsa e di Bumthang. Questo è uno dei più alti ( mt. 3425) valichi stradali carrozzabili del Bhutan. Il passo è coperto di nebbia per la maggior parte del tempo (oggi siamo stati decisamente fortunati) e sono presenti in grande quantità le immancabili bandiere di preghiera . E' uno dei passi più belli e pittoreschi viaggiando nel Bhutan centrale. Incastonato tra montagne e fitte foreste consente, nelle giornate limpide, di avere una bella visuale delle catene montuose del Bhutan e dei remoti villaggi.
