Porto Timoni si trova su una piccola penisola sulla costa nord occidentale di Corfù, vicino al vecchio villaggio di Afionas. Nell'antichità era un porto e qui vi fu costruita una fortezza ora non più esistente. Porto Timoni è molto pittoresco, vi sono due calette opposte attorniate da una fitta vegetazione, una delle quali guarda verso la località di Agios Georgios e l'altra verso l'isola di Mathraki. Il colore turchese del mare contrasta con le alte verdi colline della penisola.
