E' venuto bene: tre strati di biscotti, gli estremi imbevuti nel caffè e quello centrale nel marsala. Tra i piani e in cima uno strato di nocciole triturate non troppo finemente e una abbondante spolverata di cacao amaro. La mia preferenza va però alla versione con i pavesini al posto dei savoiardi, facendo attenzione a non inzupparli troppo. Provatela!
