This is a Fiat 500 D produced from 1960 to 1965.
From the photograph you can see that there seems to be little good left and then you do not perceive if there are still mechanical parts ... since the engine and transmission were placed at the rear.
In any case, being the "D" version now old and with few specimens still circulating ... from this visible here a good restorer could recover details to be reused also providing a small gain to those who allowed the time to ruin almost the entire bodywork leaving the car to complete abandonment. Interessante e ben realizzata immagine monocromatica.
Trattasi di una Fiat 500 D prodotta dal 1960 al 1965... che avendo ricevuto diversi aggiornamenti e miglioramenti... sia estetici che meccanici... è stata assemblata in 6 Serie... più alcune piccole produzioni speciali allestite da preparatori esterni alla Fiat dalla quale avevano acquistato l'autotelaio e parti meccaniche.
Da questa fotografia frontale si nota che di buono sembra sia rimasto pochino e poi non si percepisce se siano ancora presenti il motore e la trasmissione... visto che sono locati posteriormente.
In ogni modo essendo questa versione "D" oramai vecchiotta e con pochi esemplari ancora circolanti... da questa qui visibile un buon restauratore potrebbe recuperare dei particolari da riutilizzare fornendo così pure un piccolo guadagno a chi ha permesso al tempo di rovinare quasi tutta la carrozzeria lasciando la vetturetta al completo abbandono. |
