"Se bevi non guidare" un chiaro avvertimento disegnato nel cartello attaccato al cancello di questo parcheggio, deposito auto. Nelle strade cubane è consigliabile guidre di giorno se si noleggia un'auto, di sera non esiste illuminazione, poca in città, così con il timore di investire i pedoni che al buio vi camminano, i carretti trainati da animali, biciclette ed ogni altro genere di trasporto, l'attenzione sale al massimo. Perché sull'isola sono tantissimi quelli che non possiedono una macchina o altri mezzi di trasporto, così sono costretti ad arrangiarsi per percorrere i tanti km giornalieri, sia per i spostamenti di lavoro od altra necessità. Anche i conducenti dei veicoli stanno molto vigili perché un ritiro della patente può risultare un danno economico di notevole importanza.
