Nel periodo preunitario il Veneto apparteneva all'Impero Austroungarico e Verona ne costituiva una importante roccaforte militare con numerose vestigia di questo recente passato. L'immagine che propongo ritrae la vasca natatoria per la scuola militare di nuoto situata tra l'Arsenale e Lungadige Campagnola. Al centro un complesso residenziale in stile "littorio". Insomma un'immagine dai vaghi connotati bellici giusto per stare in tema con i tragici eventi attuali. E', a mio modesto avviso, un suggestivo angolo di Verona anche se non dei più celebrati. Spero che incontri il vostro favore
