Ricki51, purtroppo non possiedo la slitta micrometrica per poter eseguire focus stacking e neanche la 450 ha la possibilità di poterlo fare sapendo che alcune fotocamere moderne invece possono fare focus stacking in automatico ed escono immagini meravigliose. Io sono un po' pasticcione e questo scatto è frutto di un'unico scatto a focale 3,5, la ripresa è a una distanza di circa 2 metri quindi con un diaframma 3,5 i fiori in gruppo non subivano grande disturbo di sfocato e quindi mi è andato bene così, logicamente con una serie di focus stacking è una elaborazione migliore tutto gioverebbe, purtroppo le mie capacità si fermano qui.
