#chiese #architettura #romanico #lombardia

You couldn't miss this.
Now they are restoring it, I will ask Don Giulio how and for how long; the fact remains that it is collapsing, 900 years after construction. I lived in Pavia for about 60 years and my memory of when I was a boy is still well present, with perfectly legible statues and sculptures while now there is nothing or almost nothing left.
A very good document.
Buon weekend.
Paolo

Thank you Paolo, unfortunately it's what you say. I have gino chierici's book with the photos taken in the 1940s and the difference is impressive.
