Non fu breve, non fu facile, non fu senza sbattimento farsi un computer da fotoritocco nuovo - in questi tempi pandemici. Comunque sia, dopo aver raccolto tutti i pezzi, contattato e ottenuto il servizio di un tecnico assemblatore, aver dovuto lottare e riconfigurare il computer di mio (questi sistemisti che pensano di saperla più lunga delle esigenze di un creativo, loro, maneggiatori di fornetti da ufficio...), aver riconfigurato Photoshop CC 2021, eccoci qua: di nuovo a scattare, di nuovo a condividere. Pizza messinese: pane in pasta come base, alici salate subito sopra, formaggio tipo tuma siciliana (se la trovate, altrimenti va bene anche del pepato o pecorino comunque), scarola o comunque insalata riccia, e pomodorini ciliegini tagliati a metà sopra. In forno a 200 gradi per una ventina di minuti. Auguri a tutte le mamme del sito!
