Un piatto molto buono e semplicissimo da preparare. Si infarinano dei trancetti di petto di pollo (ottimi anche quelli ricavati dal petto del tacchino) che poi vengono fritti in abbondante olio caldo insieme a patate tagliate a cui vanno aggiunti... se graditi... spicchi di aglio e rametti di rosmarino. La presente fotografia è da considerarsi pubblicata a scopo documentativo e quindi senza alcuna pretesa di essere giudicata dal punto di vista artistico.
