Questa mia preparazione culinaria è abbastanza semplice da preparare. Si prendono alcuni filetti di branzino e dopo averli tagliati a pezzi li si intinge in un'uovo sbattuto per poi passarli nella farina... ed infine fritti in una padella contenente olio bollente. Il contorno è composto da una cipolla rossa affettata ed un grosso pomodoro tagliato a pezzi che sono stati cotti in un po' di olio di oliva e vino bianco ed a cui sono stati aggiunti aglio, capperi ed alcune olive nere denocciolate. La presente fotografia è da considerarsi pubblicata a scopo documentativo e quindi senza alcuna pretesa di essere giudicata dal punto di vista artistico.
