"Compianto su Cristo morto" Agostino de Fondulis, 1510 (?) attualmente collocato nella pieve di S. Martino a Palazzo Pignano (CR) Il "Compianto su Cristo morto" è un gruppo scultoreo in terracotta, originariamente policromo, del plastificatore e architetto Agostino de Fondulis. Il gruppo è attualmente collocato nella pieve di Palazzo Pignano ma fu fatto, probabilmente per l'oratorio di S. Spirito a Crema. Gruppi simili, formati da figure a grandezza pressoché naturale, prevalentemente in terracotta dipinta (anche se spesso la policromia è perduta) si diffusero tra Quattro e Cinquecento nel Nord Italia. Il più celebre è quello fortemente 'espressionista' di Niccolò dell'Arca in S. Maria della Vita a Bologna. L'Emilia e la Romagna ne sono ricchissime (Bologna, Modena, Reggio, Busseto, Imola, Lugo, Brisighella) e spiccano i nomi di Onofri e Mazzoni. Anche il territorio milanese ha i suoi notevoli esempi: in centro città ve ne è uno, anch'esso di Agostino de Fondulis, nel sacello di S. Satiro in via Torino e un altro, sempre attribuito al Fondulis, nella cripta di S. Sepolcro. Uno si trova nella chiesa dei Ss. Pietro e Biagio a Melgnano (i caragnon de San Peder). Allontanandosi gradualmente da Milano, sempre in Lombardia, se ne trovano a Palazzo Pignano, Soncino, Gandino, Medole; poi in Piemonte e in Veneto e persino a Napoli, dove il Mazzoni ne realizzò uno in Sant'Anna dei Lombardi. Queste opere riflettano una ricca letteratura, soprattutto francescana, hanno una evidente teatralità e anticipano i sacri monti. Per quanto riguarda la mia foto, ho lasciato che la luce naturale del sole, così come in quel momento filtrava da una finestra della chiesa, mettesse in scena i diversi personaggi, in questo caso la Maddalena e in parte la Madonna sostenuta dalle Marie. Ho realizzato anche delle foto con multiscatto, uniformando così l'illuminazione, altre con i fari accesi ma preferisco quelle definite totalmente dalla luce naturale, con personaggi in luce ed altri in ombra. #chiese #scultura #rinascimento #Lombardia
