Questa è un'altra mia preparazione culinaria per i mesi freddi... abbastanza semplice da preparare. Si prende un filetto di baccalà già dissalato e dopo averlo delicatamente strizzato per fargli perdere un po' di acqua lo si taglia a pezzi e lo si intinge in un'uovo sbattuto per poi passarlo nella farina... ed infine fritto in una padella contenente olio bollente. Il contorno... in questo caso... è composto da una cipolla dorata affettata ed un grosso pomodoro tagliato a pezzi che sono stati cotti in un po' di olio di oliva e vino bianco ed a cui sono state aggiunte alcune olive nere denocciolate. La presente fotografia è da considerarsi pubblicata a scopo documentativo e quindi senza alcuna pretesa di essere giudicata dal punto di vista artistico.
