A Pieve Ligure(GE), cittadina di mare e di terra, quest'anno, prima domenica di febbraio, in concomitanza con il carnevale ci sarebbe dovuta essere la 64' "Festa della mimosa", il fiore giallo d'inverno. Festa che vede tutto giallo, fiocchi di addobbo, palloncini, carri fioriti costruiti con maestria da volontari, che sfilano nella via principale del paese e che arrivano nella piazza della Chiesa. Qui la mimosa viene benedetta e distribuita, in omaggio ai partecipanti alla festa, sempre molto numerosi. Suona la banda, ci sono stand gastronomici dove vengono preparate le famose focaccette fritte. Purtroppo quest' anno non si fara' causa Covid. La natura pero' segue il suo corso e tutti gli alberi sono fioriti meravigliosamente in un tripudio di giallo.
