Dopo ripetute insistenze settimana dopo settimana er filettaro mi ha permesso di scattare 1 foto, 1 sola proprio il giorno che avevo montato su l'85mm. Avrei voluto fare una ripresa più ampia di questo luogo incredibile mattonella dopo mattonella; invece un po per fretta un po per i limiti dell'inquadratura sono riuscito a riprendere solo in parte quello che agli occhi dell'avventore appare: praticamente intatto il tempio del baccalà nel suo antro più segreto, dall'orologio appeso da 50 anni un po storto sulla parete ad un dispensatore di carta da cucina con su scritto "sbagliato" ma non si sa a cosa si riferisca, alle ovvie padellone dove bolle olio da mattina a sera. Una delizia per gli occhi e soprattutto per il palato.
