Questo fotomontaggio è stato realizzato da uno degli amici del raduno di canoniani organizzato dalla proloco dei giovani di Bisacquino, se non ricordo male nel 2007. Eravamo una ventina di fotografi ospiti della proloco per un pernotto più la giornata successiva per fotografare i luoghi e le particolarità della zona, compreso Palazzo Adriano, piccolo borgo nel quale Tornatore ambientò parte del Film “Nuovo Cinema Paradiso” e nella cui piazza, con la famosa fontana ottagonale, fu allestita la scenografia riguardante il cinema. La proloco aveva organizzato il tutto per lanciare turisticamente i posti intorno a Bisacquino, piccolo paesino dei Nebrodi, dove non arrivava la ferrovia e gli autobus non potevano entrare in paese per le strade troppo strette. Avevamo solo l'obbligo di permettere alla proloco di poter utilizzare le nostre foto, a titolo gratuito, per una eventuale mostra e per scopi propagandistici a fini turisti. I posti erano molto belli, nei dintorni c'era un castello Federiciano, un antico monastero e a una officina che fabbricava orologi per le torri campanarie. Alla fine abbiamo consegnato le copie delle foto ai ragazzi della proloco che ci avrebbero successivamente contattato. Purtroppo tutto si fermò e del resto non se ne fece niente. A noi tutti è però rimasto il ricordo di un raduno ricco di umanità e di esperienza. Un sentitissimo grazie va ai ragazzi della proloco che ci hanno ospitato.
