Lungo Borgo Pio, troviamo una piccola fontana, abbastanza singolare, perché sorge isolata all'ingresso della piazza. Una listatura in mattoni articola la superficie in un arco che racchiude un fregio con i simboli del triregno e delle chiavi incrociate, mentre due lesene listano la superficie del basamento all'imposta del semplice timpano. La vasca è in travertino; in essa si raccoglie l'acqua che alimenta la fonte: l'acqua Marcia. Questo ci suggerisce anche la datazione: forse è l'ultima fontana di Pio IX; l'acqua Marcia, infatti, fu fatta arrivare nelle condutture romane nel 1870.
